I'm plannin to go to dubai over the ashoora weekend next month with Mahin... its gonna be awesome.. my mom's not gonna be in dubai in that time, so we get to keep her apartment for 5 days were gonna hit wild wadi like a bomb, and I'll have to show off my minimal skills on the flowrider, and checkout those hot surfer dudes *wink wink* well I have a bio exam tomorrow mornin... followed by a chem exam the next day... I'm just about ready for bio.... but I haven't studied for chem... its just so hard, that I know I'm not gonna do well, and have to resit in the summer... so instead of spreading myself too thin... I've concentrated on bio--- its a horrible plan... but it just might work well I better get back to studying~ or I'll fail both

I have quite a bit to talk about- since last coupla days I've made some plans that completely change my direction...

my mom heard about this shaolin academy in north china from a friend of hers... who sent their son (Alex, my age, we apparently used to hang out as wee babies) to it for a few months as good experience in his gap year... and now my brother wants to go... he seems to be plannin to finish school after AS since Canada don't expect full A levels... and with his grades... he can do what ever the hell he wants~ so my mom was like... why don't you go? and I'm like.... why indeed?... I wouldn't go for the martial arts training or anything... but they offer a course in Mandarin... and I could go live there for a few months... and take a gap year in order to do so... live there... soak up some culture... get some inspiration... and work on my portfolio~ it sounds like such an awesome idea... and my mom was like... what better place to get inspiration? and I mentioned Italy and other european countries too... and she was like... which would u choose? and I'm like... I can't choose! so she's like... why don't you do a little bit of everything? so apparently I'm gonna forget about uni next year.... and travel through asia to europe... to find myself... and inspire some art work~ god it sounds crazy... but I want it to happen!! I'm already given a look at learning some Mandarin before I go... and I dunno about the europe thing~ I'd love to go to Venice and... maybe even Russia~ they have such crazy architecture... or maybe go to India to paint the Taj Mahal or the Ganghis... tho most of that will prolly never happen.... but I can dream~

anyways... today I got my P1 and P2 november resit scores:

P1 95/100 P2 91/100

I'm happy now.... since I have my 92% from M2... I'm not too worried about D1, P3 or M2 coz I can get a minimum of 67% in all of them... and still manage an A overall- fuckin eh! well thats all I have to say~ (that rhymed) bye

ok... two important things to talk about today:

I had my first exam today... it was my retake... and I'm pretty happy with how it went~ I think I was definately more prepared than last time... so hopefully that means good things... oh and I got my chem 4 mock... and i was soo happy altho... I barely got a C~ atleast its not a U... like last time--- note: if you have low expectations... you'll never be disappointed--- yeaaaay I'm so afraid I'm gonna totally fail my chemistry this year! god its so hard...

Now for the more important news: I got my very highest score in Solitaire today!! its soo wicked... Score: 7967 Time: 96.... god damn I'm good hehe... yes... I'm sad... I oughtta be studying for my other exams... but I am the master procrastinator! but I outta atleast open the books... just so I feel I did something~

I'll update as soon as I have something worth telling... things have been goin slow recently~

I PASSED MY DRIVING TEST!!... it actually happened on Sunday last week... when I got into the car with this woman she was like "ok concentrate... you want to get this over with, don't you?" and then the driving officer dudey came and sat in the front... and we went off.... I did everything right so they cut the test short and let me go... and now I have my driving license~~~ and its only a matter of time til I get my car

well I watched THE GRUDGE on Wednesday... and I'm still quite paranoid and freaked out... coz the movie was that good... I've been studying for my 6 exams god damn... lotsa stress and high blood pressure~ woopdidoo! and I'm sitting at school now... I should be having a mock exam in chem last thing.. and I don't wanna go! its Rachel's birthday and I'm full of Cake, Brownies and Truffles... I'm gonna be sick.. and if I look at one more organic chem question... I'm gonna explode and die a horrible and unseemly death~ (+_+) but atleast I have study leave tomorrow to look forward to... followed by the easy unit 3 Bio retake... but then next week the real work begins... Chem unit2 and D1 and the Bio unit 3 written alt. and then the week after is Bio unit4 and Chem unit 4~~ my god.... exploding doesn't seem like such a bad idea anymore

Happy New Year Dudes

I had an awesome time last night... got picked up by Jemma, Mo, Jess, Liz, and them... in a bus! the "love machine" as we named it... (named after the Mystery Machine) and drove around to pick up ppl... and then headed down to Wrangler's at about 11:30 got there in time to get drunk and join in the countdown~ Heineken was there with his friend Mike... who is pretty cool to... and confirmed that Heineken liked me as a friend, its all good~ I get an awesome friend... we danced to some golden oldies "I WILL SURVIVE!" hehe... and had a good time... everyone else was gonna go to Rachels to crash... but I was worried that if I did I'd miss my driving lesson the next morning... so I decided to go home... Tariq offered me a ride- but then he kinda kidnapped me and convinced me it was a good idea to go to Ryan's... but then we found ourselves at the Rugby Club... thats pretty much where every1 was... all the lower sixth... the visitors from Uni, from a year and 2 years ago... I met a few new ppl, the whole time Tariq was being waaaay too nice to me- it gets kinda scary, all the kisses and hugs I get~ hehe I remember seeing one person in particular... when I came up to Nick Taylor I had my arms spread for a hug... and he bent down gave me a huge bear hug... and lifted me of the ground~ he's fuckin strong... I hung out with young Pip at the beginning... Freddy's lil bro- but he disappeared later~ saw a few Y10s there, drinkin and fuckin about... twas funny... Bug man was there too! we were lookin for bugs for him to squash... but we couldn't quite see in the dark... so he just stamped on some random bit of ground... and he was like... "I musta killed atleast ONE bug there" hehe the bugman... aka Chris the gay towny from London who isn't really gay (but Mo-man says so... and what he says- goes) I met this really nice guy... he's freshman in an american uni... he's brit tho and it seems he used to live in Bahrain... I don't know if he ever went to StChris... maybe Brit school? or possibly Bahrain school~ his name's Duncan... he's cool, he's got the whole indie look goin for him- with the shaggy hair and cord jacket... I gave him my number... and he said he'd call today~ maybe we'll go hang out and stuff... he apparently knows Fred and his family pretty well, coz his lil bro hangs out with Fred's lil bro (Tom) --- well the party was starting to die at around 4am... so Tariq took me to Ryan's to crash and promised to get me home early so I could get to my driving lesson on time~ and here I am... after the driving lesson, where I didn't kill anyone! wooohooo~ and I just had a nice cupa tea... and I think its time to get some sleep~ g'mornin

I went to sophie's party yesterday... it was pretty awesome... apart from the smoke machine going crazy... and therefore not being able to see ur hand infront of ur face~ and then the fire alarm going off for ages... by which time I was taking care of Emily who, poor thing, drank too much... she locked herself in the bathroom.. I had to crawl under the door, and unlock it.. so I could get in.... and take care of her... I was there for a coupla hours... and I ran into the bar to get her water... and the alarm was going off and ppl were like "don't go in there... there's a fire!"... and I'm like "move aside! Emily needs water!" hehe well thats the more dramatic version of the story... her mom eventually came and took her home... she's ill today... don't blame her

otherwise I had a good time... talked to a bunch of ppl I hadn't talked to in ages like... James Murray, Matt Dev, Jamie Maidan, Fajar, Yasmine, Ahmed Grenees, Manaf whats his name... and I even nodded at Sam Gale... whom I've never talked to ever in my life... I did the robot on the dance floor... made both Jemma and Jess crack up... and try to do it too~ its funny how I can make a fool of myself.. and then ppl just follow--- like sheep maaaah~ I had a pretty damn good time

anyways... I must speak of Sunday(?) atleast I think it was Sunday... Heineken called and asked what I was doing.. and I had nothing planned... and said I didn't especially feel like clubbing... just watching dvds and hanging out with who ever... and he's like we should hang out.. and I'm like... definately... when? and he's like... asap... I'm sitting here watching a movie ALONE... so hurry! and I'm like... yeay so I go down to starbucks near the base... and we hung out there and talked and I found out a lot about him... like his birthday is June 10th 19------85!!! he's 19! can u believe that? here I am thinking he's like 3 years older... when he's just 3 months older! yeay, lucky me and I got to know stuff about how he came to be in the navy... and what he does there... and all that jazz... then we headed down to the base... where he had to "escort" me in... its really nice in there... u wouldn't know u were in bahrain... it looks a bit like a uni campus... with the residential buildings... and little shops here and there... we walked up to his room, which was pretty cool, he now has it all to himself coz his roomate got transferred on monday... so he introduced me to his pet turtle... its so cute, and I now hereby name it Speedy~ and looked through his CD collection... and then we decided which DVDs to watch... and we ended up watching CKY3 and 4... coz his roomate protested against Spongebob squarepants... we were like.. "whats wrong with spongebob? he rocks!" but alas........ HEY remember when I said he told me he was training to be a pro bodybuilder... he wasn't! he was training to be a pro body border! I heard him wrong... I blame wrangler's and their loud music~~ and body border is soooo much cooler... plus he's a skateboarder too~ its wicked yo... well after we watched the dvds we started walking to wrangler's... he told me how the cd shop on base had such a good collection.. and CDs cost like $12.... and I was like 12! 1-2!? thats like BD4.5! thats sooo not fair... they also have A&W which isn't anywhere else in Bahrain~ bastards! he said I should come and CD shop sometime... I plan on it! I haven't seen him since... but he's called me everyday (except monday) since I gave him my number... which is sooo cute~ and he actually called me just now as I was typing this... so it was like... speak of the devil! anyways... this little devil must get her beauty rest... (in that case I won't be awake this century) muahahaa~ nighty night... don't let the bed bugs bite <----- scary!
